Viineripirukad
Viineripirukad on meil kindlasti ühed lemmikud. Neid on ju nii lihtne valmistada ja maitsevad nii suurtele kui ka väiksematele sööjatele. Mina kasutan üldjuhul külmutatud pärmi-lehttaignast, millel lasen enne umbes paar tundi toatemperatuuril sulada. Viineritest eelistan suitsutatud kanaviinereid.
Need pirukad on veidike lõbusama väljanägemisega kui tavaliselt.
Viineripirukad
ca 20 tk (olenevalt viinerite suurusest)
500 g (külmutatud) pärmilehttainast
500 g viinereid
määrimiseks muna
Valmistamine:
Rulli tainas laual ristküliku kujuliselt lahti. Lõika taigna pikemast servast terava noaga 0,5-cm laiune riba ja keera ümber viineri nii, et riba algus ja lõpp jääksid piruka alla. Keeramisel võib taignariba vahele jätta kitsad vahed, aga võib ka servaga eelmise riba peale jätta.
Tegutse samamoodi järgmiste pirukatega.
Tõsta pirukad ahjuplaadile, liitekoht allpool.
Pintselda pirukad pealt lahtiklopitud munaga ja küpseta 200-kraadises ahjus kuldseks (umbes 10-15 minutit).
Mul on lapsel sünnipäev tulemas. Need viineripirukad näevad nii toredad ja lõbusad välja, et pean nad vist sünnipäevamenüüsse lisama:)
