Teokarbid kooreses päikesekuivatatud tomati kastmes
Esimene katsetus oma päikesekuivatatud tomatitest, mis andsid pastale väga hea maitse.
- 400 g teokarbikujulist või mõnda muud pastat
- 2 küünt küüslauku
- 7-8 päikesekuivatatud tomatit
- 2 dl vahukoort
- 1 sl päikesekuivatatud tomatite õli
- soola
- musta pipart
Serveerimiseks:
- basiilikut (värsket)
- parmesani
Pane pasta rohkesse soolaga maitsestatud vette keema. Kuumuta purustatud küüslauku kastruli põhjas päikesekuivatatud tomatite õlis 1-2 minutit. Lisa tükeldatud päikesekuivatatud tomatid ja koor, kuumuta üheskoos veel kord läbi. Maitsesta soola-pipraga. Nõruta pasta ning vala peale kaste, sega segamini. Serveerimisel puista roale riivitud Parmesani juustu ja värskeid basiilikulehti. Retsept on mõeldud neljale inimesele.
