Ahjus küpsetatud riisiroog seentega
Ahjus küpsetatud riisiroog seentega on lihtne argiõhtu lemmikretsept, mida ikka ja jälle uuesti valmistada. Riisiroa valmistamine on imelihtne – pane kõik koostisained ahjuvormi ja tõsta roog ahju küpsema. Tulemuseks on lihtne, kuid tõeliselt mõnus ja toitev kõhutäis, mis sobib nii taimseks pearoaks kui ka liharoogade lisandiks.
Ahjuroa valmistamisel kasutasin pikateralist täisterariisi. Täisterariis tähendab, et riisiteralt on kooritud ainult mittesöödav kest ning muud toitainerikkad kihid on lihvimata.
Tänu sellele on täisterariisis suurel hulgal kiudaineid ning väärtuslikke vitamiine ja mineraalaineid.
See omakorda tähendab, et täisteraviljadest valmistatud toidud on toitainerikkamad ja aitavad hoida kõhu kauem täis. Küll aga vajab täisterariis valgest riisist pikemat keetmisaega.
Ahjus küpsetatud riisiroog seentega
250 g riisi
ca 500 ml kuuma puljongit
2 väikest sibulat
1 tl kuivatatud ürte (tüümian, rosmariin)
400 g pruune šampinjone või muid seeni
3 küüslauguküünt
2 spl sojakastet
2-3 spl õli
soola
Pane ahi 180 kraadile soojenema. Viiluta sibulad. Sega ahjuvormis riis, puljong, pool sibulaviiludest, kuivatatud ürdid ning maitseta soolaga.
Tükelda seened. Sega omavahel seened, purustatud küüslauk, sojakaste, ülejäänud sibulaviilud, õli ja veidi soola. Laota seenesegu riisile. Kata ahjuvorm kaanega või fooliumiga. Küpseta ahjus 30 minutit. Kontrolli riisi valmidust, vajadusel lisa kuuma vett või puljongit. Ära enam kaant peale pane, tõsta riisiroog tagasi ahju ja küpseta veel 15-20 minutit kuni vedelik on imendunud ning riis valmis küpsenud.
